Scope: Remediation works to the internal structure of the Aurora Spire.

Solution: APAC Structural Restorations was engaged to conduct an internal remediation project of the Spire at Aurora Place. Due to heavy pitted corrosion within the structure, APAC SR was engaged to conduct blasting works, welding works for new stiffener plates, and painting works to add longevity to the internal structure, APAC SR also completed a removal and replacement of an old ladder system to allow for confined space rescue if needed.
